- By checking the box Purchaser and Deed Owner agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of St. Francis Cemetery. It is agreed and understood that the fee paid today provides for the Deed Owner to have the rights to designate the interment of ashes. Additional charges including but not limited to Opening & Closing Fees will be required prior to interment. Engraving costs are the obligation of the purchaser and must be arranged through our cemetery’s approved Monument company (current listing provided by Superintendent at time of purchase).
  Niches will be reserved on a first come/first served basis. A specific row in the columbarium has been designated for the Three Person Family Niches as well as the Shared Niches that will be shared by individuals who have purchased space for a single urn. All urns must be preapproved by the Cemetery Foreman to ensure that they will fit appropriately into the niche reserved.
